Mods i used in 24.2: chatterer(works in 25), FAR or NEAR, KAS, Kethane, B9, KW, universe replacer(also 25), active texture manager(25), remote tech, infernal robotics(25), interstellar, celestial bodies(25), enhanced docking port, tac fuel balancer. and as i am absolutely zero success with ssto, it means rocket launches, which means $ loss. i have $3.068M, and still worry, cause i need a com system, and a station, and a mun fuel base and station, just for starters.
